From the day I called this center I have had such a great experience. The gentleman who greeted me was clear, informative, and kind. They also answered my call after the first or second ring each time. they also had a financing option. It is predictable to come across high pricing whenever there is car maintenance needed so having that option was super helpful. They constantly updated me via a phone call or text message on my service. And delivered the service in a timely manner. We did have a small hiccup after the vehicle was returned back to us however, the next day they were able to provide a solution. If you want great customer service this is the place to go!
Timely Informative Knowledgeable Helped me with my car’s warranty
I have had 2 positive experiences at Aamco within the past week. I own a Volkswagen Tiguan and have found it difficult to find someone to work on it. Aldo immediately eased my mind and was able to do a transmission flush and brakes front and back. I’m very pleased with their service. Aldo went above and beyond to help me. I will be referring everyone to Aamco. They’re fabulous!
